The Role

This is an opportunity to join the Warrington Wellbeing Service and to make a real difference to peoples quality of life. You will be aligned with one of the Adult Social Care social work teams and will be working closely with them to support clients that aren’t eligible for social care support and with those who no longer need that support. You must enjoy multi disciplinary working and you must be a passionate team player who is solution focussed with the clients needs at the heart of your work. 

You will be working with adults to improve their mental and or physical wellbeing.

We are looking for a person with excellent communication skills who really likes helping people to fulfil their potential.

You must enjoy working as part of a team, have problem solving skills and be enthusiastic about supporting people to find a more positive future.

Previous experience of working with adults on a one to one basis to improve their physical and mental wellbeing is essential. A knowledge of services and activities in Warrington would be advantageous. 

The post is fixed term for one year and full time (37 hours per week). There are four posts available.

A driving licence and access to a car are also essential.
