The role

You will be working with adults to improve their mental and or physical wellbeing. As a service, we listen, plan then take action. You will undertake a non clinical assessment of practical, social & emotional needs then develop a personalised wellbeing plan to identify clear, achievable goals. You will help clients achieve those goals and possibly identify others during the time you are supporting someone.

We are looking for a person with excellent communication skills who really likes helping people to fulfil their potential and to to find a more positive future. You must be organised, able to manage your own time, enjoy working as part of a team, have problem solving skills and be enthusiastic about supporting people.

Previous experience of working with adults on a one to one basis to improve their physical and mental wellbeing is essential. A knowledge of services and activities in Warrington would be advantageous.

Key Information

The post is fixed term for one year and full time (37 hours per week). 

A driving licence and access to a car are essential.
