The Role

:

  • Responsible for working with the Head of Digital to develop market-leading Paid Social strategies for clients.
  • Responsible for gaining a deep understanding of clients’ brands and objectives to grow clients’ Search accounts.
  • Responsible for driving best practice across the Paid Social department.
  • Responsible for nurturing and developing the Paid Social team, ensuring career growth is achieved the division.
  • Responsible for working with the Data team to improve tracking, measurements, and analysis.
  • Responsible for managing 2 Account Directors
  • The Candidate:

  • 7 years plus experience working in Paid Social.
  • Experienced in growing Paid Social client accounts.
  • Experienced in managing a team.
  • Experienced in challenging clients.
  • Experienced in new business.
