Would you like to provide excellent administative support and customer service?

Are you empathetic to the needs of others a good team player and would like to be part of a team that provides vital equipment to those in need within the community? We are looking for someone with excellent customer service and IT skills to join our busy team of Business Support Administrators.

You will primarily be based in the Community Equipment Store but you will be part of a County-wide team and will be asked to cover in other areas when needed. A typical day will include: liaising and dealing with queries from professionals in-house colleagues and customers by telephone face to face and email to ensure the smooth running of the service; recording information on databases; arranging and organising journeys for the delivery and collection of equipment throughout Cumbria and ordering new equipment and repair requests. If you enjoy working in a busy and pressured environment have excellent customer service communication skills and are keen to be part of a dynamic team then we would like to hear from you.
