Role Overview

FPSG are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Embedded Software Engineer with knowledge of embedded Linux to work Hybrid or fully remote for a cutting edge Edge-AI and IOT surveillance solutions start up.

Role Responsibilities

  • Embedded systems, firmware development with specific focus on Linux and real time embedded systems.
  • Developing advance firmware solutions for critical monitoring and diagnosis requirements.
  • Coordinate firmware development activities and lead quality and scheduling projects.
  • Supports development team and provides needed prequalification and verification testing. Ensure compliance to all regulatory needs for the product and business
  • Use Scrum Agile Methodology for software development.

    • About you

  • Linux tool-chain, (c)make, gcc/g++
  • Excellent programming skills in C/C++
  • Experience with yocto/buildgear
  • Familiarity with software development methodology, preferably agile
  • Versioning tools, preferably git
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • At least three years of experience
