The Role

  • Day to day AV group lead on specific government portfolio, ensuring your Account Director(s) and the team is delivering work to the highest standard.
  • Delivery of all client audit targets and ensure your team are effectively tracking this position at any point.
  • Think proactively: challenges briefs and budget allocation where necessary, and actively takes relevant proposals to client team and clients rather than waiting for a brief.
  • Explore, develop, inspire and lead investment initiatives and be an active and willing trade ambassador in your area

    • The Candidate

  • Clear leadership skills that continually drives your team to deliver successful outcomes for the client.
  • Exceptional knowledge of the AV marketplace and be able to confidently discuss any aspect with senior agency/client personnel.
  • Extensive audit experience across all main audit stakeholders and methodologies.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills and ability to work to tights deadlines.
