If you’re looking to be a part of something extraordinary – if you’re looking for a role where you can make a real difference to the lives of people with learning disabilities and autism, then look no further than becoming our newest Support Worker based in Bath where an exciting and richly rewarding career awaits!
About the Role
At Dimensions (an award-winning, life-changing, not-for-profit charity), we’re looking to recruit compassionate, courageous and ambitious people who have a genuine interest in – and a passion for – supporting others to work flexibly with us across a variety of shifts (including sleep-ins) in Bath. Here, you’ll be helping us to support and empower four people; one gentleman and three ladies who enjoy sensory activities; arts and crafts, coffee mornings and meals out, taking day trips and going shopping, and having movie nights at home.
What you’ll do as a Dimensions Support Worker
We believe that everyone has the potential be a great support worker, no matter their background, which is why we primarily recruit based on values, not just skills or experience. So, whether you’ve worked in health and social care before and are looking for a more fulfilling job where your work ethic and dedication will be truly valued or you’re looking to become a part of something truly amazing – then we’d love to hear from you.
