The role

As an Insight Manager, you will join a team of 14, working across both the quantitative and qualitative projects that focus on strategic communications and reputation management for clients. You will help to improve the way research informs creative ideas as well as the way it is represented to clients. As an Insight Manager, you will hold an entrepreneurial spirit, ready to bring your research experience to a new and different environment.

Key duties

  • As an Insight Manager, you will work on full end to end management of projects, supplies, timings, and costings
  • Conducting qualitative and quantitative research such as online surveys and interviews
  • Lead on the first draft of research materials such as discussion guides down to the preparation of results and presenting
  • Keep up to date with current, new, and upcoming research techniques

    • Skills & Experience

  • Experience with mixed research methods and a passion for consumer research
  • Experience managing and conducting analysis on qualitative and quantitative research projects through their whole lifecycle
  • Ability to conclude key findings in a concise, precise written report
  • Experience working with high-profile, market-leading brands and senior stakeholders
  • Experience conducting focus groups and interviews
