HR Business Partner – Hybrid Working – Nr Milton Keynes – pd OUTSIDE IR35 – 6 months

Currently we are recruiting for a HR Business Partner to join one of our clients who are based near Milton Keynes for a 6 month contract. They are offering hybrid working. This role is outside IR35 and offering a maximum of per day.

During this role you will lead on delivering the workforce plan requirements, to ensure successful delivery of the three year programme.

The successful candidate must be willing to undergo UK Security Clearance (SC).

Skills and Experience Required

– Generalist HR experience within an operational delivery environment

– Knowledge and experience of selection methods and best practice recruitment solutions

– Project management experience

– Facilitation experience

– Ability to engage and build confidence with Senior Management

– Good communication and influencing skills

– Problem solving skills, able to break complex issues down and resolve at pace

– Understanding of Civil Service environment (desirable)

– Experience in a commercial environment (desirable)
