We’re now looking to appoint an Account Director. This represents a rare and exciting opportunity to join an award-winning RPO company and contribute to Omni’s next period of growth.

Omni has many incredible clients, and your focus will be on one of the largest. As an Account Director, you’ll be responsible for the growth and development of this client and how we deliver our renowned high level of service. Our clients trust us, and rely on us, and maintaining that trust is in your remit. It’s very much a strategic role, so no day-to-day clutter here- we’ll expect you to anticipate the client’s future recruitment needs and make sure Omni’s tremendous value-added service more than meets them.

In effect, you will be a brand ambassador for Omni’s services, to your client so it’s an important role.

We expect you to have experience in a similar position, with a proven track record of building and developing relationships with senior stakeholders and delivering solutions to clients’ resourcing challenges. You will be an exceptional leader and communicator and, above all, share our enormous passion for recruitment. At Omni, we love what we do, and we hope you’ll feel the same way too.
