Job description

All Personal Assistant roles work to generic job descriptions and are required to be flexible in terms of area of work and location. All posts require a high level of ICT skills, a willingness to constantly review and improve ways of working, be able to operate with a high level of numerical and verbal accuracy and to have excellent customer focus and organisational skills. Children services handle private and confidential information, so discretion and confidentiality is essential.

Full-time employees work 37 hours for 52 weeks of the year and we offer a generous holiday entitlement. We are open to discussions about a wide range of flexible working opportunities which benefit you and the Council, including reduced hour contracts, working part time or as a job share.
