Joining the small and friendly team at our vehicle workshop in Hook, you will inspect and service vehicles and plant in accordance with manufacturers recommendations.
You will be required to work as part of a team and occasionally on your own on all types of vehicle and plant, diagnosing and repairing faults. As required, participate in the County Council’s out of hours emergency and winter maintenance operations on a rota system.
With a minimum qualification of City and Guilds AVCE, NVQ level 3 or experience in similar role, you will also have good customer service skills as you will sometimes deal with customers and prioritise work.
