Wellbeing House Team Leader
Salary: £30,000 per annum (pro rata)
37.5 hours per week, over a 7-day Rota

What you'll be doing
You’ll be leading operations in the inspirational setting of the Wellbeing House, a spacious, Victorian property in Bath offering a temporary retreat for those experiencing mental health distress, where they can receive support to stabilize themselves and prevent a crisis.
You’ll be working in partnership with a wide range of mental health specialists to support customers discharged from AWP mental health wards transitioning back into the community.
You will be responsible for the day to day l management of the service , for its reporting and development. You’ll be working towards providing excellent outcomes and producing reports for our commissioners.
You’ll manage and supervise a team of support workers and manage the partnership working with Bath Mind and their lead. .
You’ll liaise with AWP to promote the service and ensure good communication during partnership. You’ll also liaise closely with AWP to support customers discharged from hospital.
You’ll be overseeing referrals, carrying out wellbeing approaches risk assessments and arranging stays. You’ll liaise with external agencies for a collaborative approach to support.
You’ll lead on the Health and Safety of the building, customers, and the team ensuring high quality services at all times.
You’ll report incidents and safeguarding concerns and ensure appropriate follow up.

You’ll be a ‘people person’ with the ability to build positive and beneficial relationships with our customers. You will be passionate about positive wellbeing for all , helping people live as independently as possible and be looking to work flexibly.
You’ll have the skills and the motivation to lead a team and to support them in their practice and in the run of the service.
You’ll be reliable, organized, self-motivated, and have good communication skills.
You’ll have a good understanding and experience in supporting people with mental health needs.
You will be continuously looking at ways of improving service delivery and to expand the offer to our customers. You will be IT literate and able to record your work accurately and to produce quarterly reports.
You will demonstrate resilience and the desire to work in an interesting environment where no day is ever the same!
A full driving license and access to a vehicle is preferable.
When and where you'll be doing it
You will be able to work flexibly, 37.5 hours per week, based on a Rota system. You will be responsible for organizing your own workload and setting your diary appointments. You will be part of an on call rota, covering out of hours support for Curo Independent Lives services.
You’ll be based at our Wellbeing House in Bath.
