We have immediate opportunities to provide support workers to provide vital support to people with a learning disability through this tough time. We’re recruiting a number of 18 and 27 hour Waking Night posts to support at our new service near Chapeltown, Leeds.

What does a Support Worker do?
As a Support Worker you will be expected to provide an outstanding level of support that will enormously contribute to the people we support, living a more comfortable, dignified, liberated and happy life.
The typical Waking Night shift pattern will be from 2200 – 0700. For this role, you will need to have experience supporting someone with challenging behaviours in a personal or professional capacity as the person you will be supporting may demonstrate some challenging behaviours – full training of Positive Behavioural Support will be provided.
