Right now, we’re seeking an experienced Account Manager to join the companys fastest growing international market, North America. This is an incredible opportunity to take our commitment to customer satisfaction to the next level, making a difference by working with best in class clients in the US & Canada.

Youll be joining a growing team of just under 10 in both London, UK and US working alongside the Head of Operations for North America. The North America team will benefit from your experience to date but even more important is the passion you bring to work every day. Account Management:

  • Manage a set list of existing clients and delight them!
  • Develop existing accounts and their growth within the business
  • Identify and foresee issues, before the client and proactively resolve
  • Build effective working relationships with current client base to enable smooth transition from new business to an account managed service
  • Review and analyse the client’s materials and suggest ways for more efficient delivery, to help them get better return on their spend
  • Work to understand the clients motivations for success and work these to ensure delivery of their needs
  • General:

  • Have a complete understanding of Adzunas proposition; products and services to enable all customers needs be serviced
  • Liaise closely with the Marketing & Tech teams to ensure continued world-class user experience for all current and prospective clients
  • Report back any competitive information / sales trends you feel would be useful to the business
  • Research opportunities and competition
  • Document sales trends and customer/prospect feedback and report back to management
  • Support the Head of Operations and VP of Sales for North America on larger accounts when required
  • Able to work flexible hours (10am – 7pm / 11am – 8pm) to accommodate for US time zone differences

    We dont like to put people in boxes, but youre likely to be able to demonstrate experience of, or aptitude for much of the below:

  • Enjoy working to daily, weekly and monthly targets whilst maintaining a flexible positive attitude
  • Show a desire to make decisions, take ownership and make judgement calls
  • Highly organised with great attention to detail
  • Ambitious, energetic and smart person who enjoys building strong relationships with their clients and team alikeIncredible work ethic, drive and passion
  • The ability to advocate for good ideas regardless of where they come from
  • Fluency in English and strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent rapport builder/ people skills with passion for great customer service
  • Be able to demonstrate achievement of financial targets
  • Strong numerical skills, be able to analyse and optimise marketing campaigns
  • Technically adept, with experience using MS Office suite, Data (Google Analytics) and CRM applications
  • Best in class negotiation skills
  • University degree preferred
  • Its a bonus if you have:

  • A good understanding of online advertising ideally with CPC and CPA models/ pricing
  • Having exposure to American culture through studies or travel is a significant plus!
