This exciting role has been developed to support the organisation and department through a period of recovery and transformation, and will provide the successful candidate the opportunity to implement positive and effective change at RMG. The role will be responsible for adapting and re-launching a continuous performance management programme, launching a new leadership and management development programme, conducting an organisational wide skills gap analysis, delivering bespoke internal workshops, coaching and mentoring the Training & Development Coordinator, and supporting the department’s wellbeing and diversity & inclusion strategies and action plans.
This is a 24-hours per week, fixed-term, part-time position. The contract length will be 9 months, with the possibility of extension to 12 months. The working pattern can be worked flexibly with agreement between the successful candidate and the Head of HR, with the option that some hours/days can be worked remotely.
Salary: £18,677, which is pro rata of £28,000 per annum
