What is the job about?
The Team Assistant Manager role is responsible for the day to day supervision of the Provider Referrals and Payments (PRaP) team and ensures the efficient processing of referrals and claims through DWP’s PRaP system. As team supervisor, the Claims Team Leader will prioritise the workload of the Claims Executives to ensure all transactions are processed in a timely and accurate fashion. They will also be the main point of contact for DWP’s PRaP Operational Support Team ensuring this relationship is maintained to a high standard.
