Tax Trust and Protection Adviser (12 Month FTC)

Location: Bristol or Cirencester

12 Months Fixed Term Contract

You will play a key role in providing a peerless pensions technical query resolution service to the St. James’s Place Partnership via phone, email, and Live Chat. Adhering to agreed standards, through consultative questioning and identifying solutions to more complex technical needs and if appropriate refer to a more experienced technician.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Accurately resolve technical queries received via Live Chat, phone, email, and any other digital medium
  • Ensures that personal coaching and mentoring needs are proactively raised and resolved with line manager
  • Achieve the quality assurance targets set within the requirements of the QA framework in place
  • Display and evidence adherence to the SJP competency framework and the colleague and customer service charters
  • Maintain professional qualification standards through effective CPD evidencing and recording
  • Willing contribution to small scale projects within the division.
  • Who we’re looking for:

  • Ability to deal with multiple queries and nonstandard tasks at any one time.
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced technical query resolution environment – with high quality standards and deadlines
  • Experience of working across a variety of media including Live Chat, email and telephone
  • Ability to apply consultative questioning techniques to understand the full extent of technical query and provide the appropriate answer
  • Qualified to Level 4 QCF or equivalent eg. Cii Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning
