    Introduction to the role:

    Reporting to the HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the recruitment process for business groups/teams, across all offices and for all levels of candidates using direct sourcing methods, with the support of a select number of 3rd party suppliers.

    Introduction to the team:

    As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will be part of a wider HR team that supports the firm in areas such as HR administration, employee relations, recruitment, learning and development, diversity and inclusion and reward. Led by an HR Director, the team is currently made up of 16 people, who strive to deliver a seamless service to all Partners and employees.

    Key responsibilities:

  • Management of internal relationships with key stakeholders (Partners, hiring managers) in relation to recruiting for their departments and wider teams.
  • Resourcing and liaising with candidates via LinkedIn and other channels, with a focus on increasing direct hiring and making direct approaches to passive candidates.
  • Working with key stakeholders in collating a list of recommended individuals we may look to approach and making direct approaches were agreed.
  • Pro-actively using social media channels for advertising vacancies and brand awareness.
  • Identifying new techniques of sourcing from a more diverse talent pool.
  • Liaising with and managing relations with external preferred agency suppliers.
  • Undertaking annual review of PSL.
  • Management of our portal system for both direct and agency applicants (All Hires).
  • Providing an end to end recruitment service.
  • Creation of management of talent pools to support the areas of the business that require a steady stream of talent.
  • Conducting interviews with prospective candidates.
  • Training colleagues in the HR team on candidate attraction techniques, best practice and understanding of unconscious bias.
  • Recruitment for roles across all offices in the UK.
  • Promotion of our employer brand and providing recommendations for improved brand awareness.

  • Experience working within an agency that specialises in legal recruitment, or
  • Experience working within an internal recruitment function within a professional services organisation
  • High volume recruitment experience
  • Knowledge and understanding of stakeholder management at a senior level
  • Knowledge and experience of attracting and sourcing diverse talent
  • Professional and credible approach
