The Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic , proactive and caring registered veterinary nurse to join us within our brand new purpose built hospital at Crown vets referrals.

You will be required to work a 40 hour week over 5 days according to the needs of the business.

The role will bring variety, challenging surgeries and a diverse caseload to ensure each week is different.

About Us

Crown Vets Referrals covers the North Highland region, attracting clients from locally, and as far as the Islands.

Our aim is to provide the best possible care for animals utilising state of the art facilities and equipment.

We offer a wide-ranging referral service that covers Orthopaedic and Soft Tissue surgery, Pain Management and Dermatology.

Our experienced referral veterinarians are supported by a team of dedicated and highly trained first opinion veterinary nurses. As we are now looking to enhance our service we are looking to create a dedicated Referral nursing team.

Applicant Requirements

We are seeking a qualified Registered Veterinary Nurse, looking to work in a fast-paced busy environment and enjoys a challenge.

You must enjoy being part of a team and be someone who wishes to use your skills and progress your knowledge.

Excellent communication and clinical skills are a requirement.

Experience within a referral environment would be good, however full training and guidance will be provided to nurses coming from primary care therefore it is not a necessity. 

We are looking for someone who would like to broaden their skills and we will provide them with CPD and support.
