Settle, North Yorkshire

We are looking for a Support Worker who can demonstrate compassion and empathy in their approach to caring to our five clients. You will enable them to take the next steps towards more independent living and to be in control of their own lives.

You will support five clients with personal care needs; two females and three males aged between 23 – 67, one client in a wheelchair. Candidates must be willing to support with some challenging behaviour due to the mental health of one client. The purpose of the role is to support the clients with day to day needs and to support the clients to keep the skills they have and to build new ones. 

Experience is not necessary as full training will be provided. The successful candidate must be willing to work towards a Care Certificate.
