We are looking for a Support Worker to join our Service based in Southend on Sea on a permanent, part time basis (30 hours a week).Shifts will be spread across mornings, afternoons, evenings and sleep ins, weekends and bank holidays. This role involves some lone working.
We support three gentlemen who live in a Bungalow in Southend on Sea who enjoy going out into the community for lunch and shopping as well as gardening throughout the summer months. These lovely guys need help with personal care, medication administration and all health appointments and finances.
In addition, we also support a two gentleman in their own flats in the community. Their support needs vary slightly and may involve supporting with personal care, medication administration, health appointments and finances. One of the gentlemen loves to go out and about in the community to visit charity shops, markets and going out for lunch. He also loves his daily TV programmes and listening to music.
