Do you find yourself naturally caring for others? Are you able to motivate others in a consistent and calm manner? Are you able to think on your feet? If so, this may be the team for you!

We are looking for kind, compassionate, and positive support workers to join our team in Darlington, supporting a lady and gentleman to live as independently as possible. They love the football, writing, music and dancing and are looking for a Support Worker who is willing to get involved and show an interest in their hobbies. They require support with their daily activities which includes personal care, meal preparation, domestic tasks, medication administration and accessing the community. As they enjoy being out and about, it’s important to them that you’re able to drive.

Shifts can vary depending on the changing needs of the people you’re supporting but currently they are 9am – 9pm with a sleepover shift included. There are also day shifts from 10am – 3pm and some evening shifts from 3pm – 8pm. We’re looking for people who are able to work a combination of these shifts. Rotas are provided 4 weeks in advance.
