The successful candidates will be working in a new scheme we are mobilising called Incefield House in Wigan. it is an exciting modern service with 10 self-contained flats, supporting adults with a mental health diagnosis.

The ideal candidate will need to be self motivated to want to encourage individuals to be independent and gain life skills, encouraging them to participate in all aspects of their life, as well as offering emotional support and be able to identify changes in the individual’s presentation in order to provide the right support at the right time, to prevent a decline in wellbeing.
