Do you want to play a key role in the next phase of Middlesex University’s development, supporting the launch of its new ‘Knowledge into Action’ 2031 strategy? 

We have the ambition to be sector-leading in our evidence-based approaches to decision-making and are building a new Strategy and Insight team to deliver analysis, business intelligence and market research to support and guide our strategic planning. The team will work in a collaborative way, bringing together expertise in diverse methodologies, and different focuses on our internal data and performance, as well as the external and competitor environment. A core part of this team, the Student Journey Analyst will be critical in understanding our student body, throughout the whole journey from initial enquiry, right through to graduation and beyond. 

To be part of this exciting development, you’ll be inquisitive and passionate about interrogating large data sets, with excellent analysis and data visualisation skills. You’ll enjoy collaborating with others in the team and across the university, as well as proactively identifying opportunities for actionable insights which will make a difference.
