The opportunity has arisen to come and join our Nursing Team in Penrhos Stanley Hospital. Penrhos Stanley Hospital is a busy community hospital that has many different services working from within, including two inpatient wards, a busy MIU department and an outpatients department.
Both wards Cybi and Glasmor are busy dynamic wards consisting of 18 and 15 beds respectively which specialise in the rehabilitation of patients, Care of the elderly and complex discharges. The nursing team are proactive, innovative and have a wealth of knowledge in this specialist area.
All ward nursing staff are expected to keep up to date with new and emerging initiatives and interventions. All of the team will be supported to do mandatory training other courses which are relevant to enhancing their skills and quality of care at ward level.
