£18,914 – £20,677 per annum
37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year (requests for part time and/or term time only working will be considered)
As a SMT (Senior Management Team) Administrator, you will provide PA and administrative support to the Principal and Assistant Principals. You will assist in providing curriculum administration duties and in the administration and planning of College events and meetings.
You will have proven organisational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of people. You will be educated to GCSE level (or equivalent) and hold a minimum of 5 grade C’s or above, including English and Maths. You will have experience of providing personal assistant and administrative support to senior management in a customer focused environment. This role will require you to communicate with a wide range of stakeholders and provide executive support including diary management, preparing meeting papers and secretarial support.
