Job Description

An opportunity has arisen within Housing and Technical Resources and we are seeking to recruit a Strategy & Support Assistant. 

You will be responsible for the effective development, implementation and review of systems management across the Resource.

You will have a comprehensive understanding of the systems relating to housing and property services and will have input to the new Housing and Property services Management system.

Specifically, Strategy & Support Assistant will require to:

  • Have a working knowledge of the existing systems and the operational processes as supported by those systems
  • Support the review operational requirements, processes and practices and identify the most streamlined method of delivering services.
  • Have previous experience in the support and setup of systems to meet the needs of users
  • Be able to work to programme timescales
  • You should be able to demonstrate excellent communication, planning and organisational skills. You should have excellent IT skills and be dynamic and creative, with the ability to resolve problems as they arise. The successful applicant will be required to be flexible in approach.
