The Change Delivery team provide a critical role. Your task will be to develop and deliver projects across various technologies, in a complex environment with unique challenges, to enable two large police forces to meet the demands of both today and tomorrow. You will be required to own end-to-end delivery and the dependent relationships and interactions between the ICT department, senior management and external stakeholders regarding significant activities impacting on and involving ICT. This role could be carried out remotely, however you may be required to travel to Hampshire Constabulary and Thames Valley Police offices when needed.

You must be able to demonstrate: 

  • Strong experience of delivering innovative and complex ICT projects that achieve significant outcomes using influence and persuasion rather than direct line management.
  • A proven track record of working in a customer focused environment and part of both a closely connected, interdependent delivery team and a wider ICT team.
  • The capability to be flexible, adaptable, and able to solve problems while working systematically with little direct supervision.
  • Experience of coaching or mentoring more junior team members and be able to demonstrate the ability to act as an assignment manager for these team members.
  • Delivering Business and ICT change in a challenging and complex environment using an industry-recognised approach such as Prince and/or Agile.
  • The capability to travel to different locations when required.
