Our Programme Development team are looking for a dynamic leader with strategic focus and a great collaborative approach to become our new Senior Head of Change Delivery.
You will build and drive forward a transformation roadmap which aligns all of our programme design work and technology development, ensuring that it meets the organisation’s strategic aims for the support we give to young people within the fields of Education, Enterprise and Employability.
This role is perfect for you if you are experienced driving change within complex organisations, adept at balancing multiple priorities and used to influencing stakeholders at all levels.

Why we need a Senior Head of Change Delivery:
Last year, we helped more than 70,000 young people , with three in four young people on our programmes, move into work, education or training.
The young people we help face a range of challenges, such as unemployment, mental health issues or some have been in trouble with the law. Our job is to inspire and support young people , to help them reach their potential so that they can thrive and society can prosper.
