In this role you will be an enthusiastic individual who has an ability to problem solve in a structured analytical manner leading to the prompt resolution of incidents related to critical applications used for front line policing. In addition, you will provide maintenance, monitoring and performance to all applications used by Thames Valley police and Hampshire Constabulary. We recognise that professional progress is important and in this role, you will have the opportunity for continuous development.

You will be able to demonstrate: 

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills with a proven customer focused approach.
  • Awareness of current and emerging technologies to ensure maximum business benefit from technological innovation.
  • Good understanding of application architectures, operating infrastructure and delivery across multi-site organisations.
  • This role could be carried out remotely, with the occasional requirement for travel to Hampshire Constabulary and Thames Valley Police offices.
