We are looking for a Foreseeabletm Sales Director for our EMEA region. To drive the delivery of connected and sustainable ‘Foreseeable’ solutions by leveraging capabilities, client relationships, and expertise to deliver outcome focused solutions as well as drive continual improvement of strategy and sales process as our Foreseeable offer matures.

As a key part of a global Foreseeabletm Account Team, you’ll report to the Foreseeable Growth Director and work closely with the Regional Sales teams, marketing, communications, operations, and subject matter expert teams. You’ll own and lead the development and implementation of the Foreseeabletm Growth & Sales Strategy ensuring complementary alignment with wider regional business strategy.

With support from an appointed marketing & communications specialist, we’ll rely on you to successfully launch the Foreseeabletm offer into the external market and across the internal business during summer / autumn 2021.

With your strategic mindset, you’ll develop partnerships both internally and across wider industry to enable strategy delivery. We’ll ask you toimplement Jacobs Relationship Based Sales process to lead development and delivery of an outward facing client engagement strategy as well as create new client opportunities and utilising existing long running relationships to understand market drivers and requirements, and to generate sales.

Working with Initiative Leads, Client Account Managers, subject matter experts and Sales Operations, you’ll have oversight of end game sales activity and operations handover and also oversight of effective opening and middle game activity. We will empower you to lead the generation of sales opportunities through internal networking and collaboration working with the wider sales community to use Foreseeabletm as a means of strengthening the broader sales offer.

Once established in the position after your first year you will have successfully launched our new offer into the EMEA market, established a robust future looking sales pipeline and met pre agreed growth targets.

Here’s What You’ll Need:

  • Extensive leadership experience in strategy creation and implementation, and commensurate account growth; in the built environment, city and infrastructure sectors
  • Established sales leadership and account management skills
  • Experience in similar client facing roles; operating and interacting at C-suite
  • Established professional network within the Built Environment sector and experience of growing new sales generating relationships
  • Proven ability to generate sales pipeline and enable the meeting of annual sales targets
  • Strong communication and presentation skills including ability to lead delivery of work winning written proposals
  • Ability to navigate a diverse range of client commercial and procurement requirements
