We have a brand new opportunity for a Regional Contract Manager to join our growing Winter Maintenance team in the Central Belt of Scotland (Edinburgh, Glasgow).

As an appointed member of the Winter Maintenance Regional Contract Manager Team, your role will be to drive growth and ensure outstanding service delivery in your region. 

You will act as an ambassador within your nominated region by demonstrating & upholding Ground Control’s core values to customers and field teams. You will be responsible for both our clients and field teams ensuring that only the highest delivery of service is produced, build relationships with clients both at corporate and onsite levels, assist the WM Operations team in conducting site inspections (virtually/physically) and liaise with field teams ensuring that they perform their roles in compliance with GC’s HQSE processes.

    Who are we looking for?

    We would welcome applications from existing Contract Managers looking for future progression into a new role that will have a lot of future investment in your training and development. In addition, we would consider candidates who currently have their own Winter Maintenance or Grounds Maintenance business and are looking to move over to be directly employed in a national business. 

    Whatever your current role, you will need some management experience gained in your current role as well as a solid grounding in Winter Maintenance, Gritting, Snow Clearance or Grounds Maintenance. 

    Above all you will need the drive and determination to succeed in this central part of our business.
