Regional Administrator

As the Regional Administrator, you will provide support with general and directed administration and project activities for the purpose of improving operational effectiveness.

Activities will include, support with the management of diaries, collating data and producing reports/Action Plans, organising meetings along with documenting accurate minutes, leading on small, bespoke projects.

As the Regional Administrator, you will:

  • Collate and produce reports, including confidential and sensitive information.
  • Updating manual and computerised records and databases.
  • Collate information for internal and external resources.
  • Filing/indexing/archiving.
  • Maintain electronic and manual filing systems.
  • Diary management for regional teams including booking and confirming meetings.
  • Booking local travel and accommodation. Providing itineraries when applicable.
  • Collate and produce various communications, such as a weekly bulletin

As our Regional Administrator, you will have:

  • Experience of prioritising own workload and in areas where attention to detail is required.
  • Ability to work to deadlines.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to multi-task and juggle multiple priorities.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Good standard of English and Numeracy (at GCSE A-C or equivalent).
  • Good written and oral interpersonal skills.
  • Professional, flexible and solution focussed approach and attitude.
