Role Title: Recruitment Partner
Location: Deeside – Must be willing to travel between all Coleg Cambria sites
Contract Type: Permanent – Part Time (4 days a week)
Salary: £24,937 – £28,055 This salary will be pro rata and will be based on a salary assessment and experience.
Coleg Cambria are now looking for a Recruitment Partner to join their busy Recruitment team within the HR department based at their Deeside site.
As the Recruitment Partner at Coleg Cambria you will be responsible for the delivery of an efficient & cost-effective direct sourcing approach for all vacancies at Coleg Cambria. You will be expected to constantly push the boundaries utilising a range of sourcing channels and techniques to ensure successful hires for Coleg Cambria. We are looking for candidates with a track record of successfully delivering quality candidates, the successful applicant will assist in driving improvements in time to fill, quality of hire, whilst regularly reviewing recruitment performance and promoting Coleg Cambria as an Employer of choice.
You will be tasked with managing recruitment processes from end to end and partnering closely with recruiting managers to ensure an excellent recruitment service from start to finish for both internal and external customers.
Proven past experience of working within an in-house recruitment function.
Able to organise and prioritise a busy workload. Work autonomously and make decisions quickly and independently.
Experience of using a range of sourcing techniques to fill niche vacancies
Experience of conducting competency based interviews and candidate assessments
Experience of developing a compelling employer brand
Able to demonstrate a commitment to Diversity and inclusion
Proven experience of excellent candidate management skills including offer negotiation.
