ABOUT THE ROLE

Medacs is currently recruiting for a Customer Relationship Manager to join the team based either in Manchester or Skipton offices where you will manage the supply of candidates through the Managed Service with regular contact and relationship building with client base and outsource suppliers.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

  • Taking ownership of all client requirements
  • Acting as a first point of contact for all client/supplier queries
  • Managing shift requirements and cascade to all agreed suppliers to ensure maximum coverage of all vacancies
  • Managing and reporting from the system, keeping all jobs updated in the system and data entered correctly
  • Informing the Senior Client Relationship Manager of any client issues which need help resolving
  • Managing and developing client relationships
  • Attending meetings with the client, to deliver MI, challenge bookings and encourage substantive recruitment
  • Planning and carrying out regular client review meetings
  • Resolving client queries and complaints
  • Monitoring and reviewing Medacs performance against SLA requirements by analysing fill rates and expenditure
  • Liaising closely with the Operations Director/Team Managers/Client Officers offering contract support and advice
  • Analysing client and market trends to identify opportunities and areas for development
  • Liaising with the marketing team to identify sponsorship and advertising opportunities
  • Managing agency relationships
  • Attending meetings with agencies with the National Client Relationship Manager to feedback on performance
  • Ensuring timesheets and billing is handled in a prompt manner

Ideally you will have a recruitment background with healthcare market knowledge being highly desirable.
