About the opportunity:
To meet our growing UK business needs and future development aspirations we are looking for a Principal Project Manager within our Water Catchment Management Business – based in our Manchester, First Street Office.
Here’s What You’ll Need:
You have a proven track record of successfully leading a variety of projects in the field of Flood Risk Management. A proactive leader you have experience of managing teams to drive high levels of performance in a complicated environment. You take ownership of your team’s performance and encourage others to excel. Through your experience you will be able to demonstrate your expertise in contract management, client relationship management, team and resource management, risk management and programme control.
As a technical leader you deliver complicated work, train and develop more junior staff and take responsibility for review and assurance of others’ deliverables. You are commercially astute with a strong understanding of services in the Water Environment business and are able to drive growth through commercially viable innovation, targeted sales and excellent delivery.
