We are looking for a Platform Services Lead Offering Manager to define, execute and manage the DDTS Platform Services Catalogue, shaping and driving a new business to deliver incremental revenue and growth. It’s a new and exciting opportunity for an ambitious self-starter!

Our vision is to transition ourselves into a consultative selling, solution-led business which is recognized as a market-leading trusted advisor in helping customers on their data transformation journey. Platform Services are responsible for defining and managing the DTTS catalogue of services, managing the associated service delivery team and defining and managing delivery partners. 

You will be responsible for the Platform Services Catalogue and the underpinning end-customer experience, a core and critical role in the team. The role will require deep engagement with the Platform Services Lead Delivery Manager role for mutual success, delivering customer delight measured through our offerings and the associated delivery value chain, for both end customers and our sales teams to drive success in consultative selling.

The role will include working closely with our regions, partners and our DDTS co-creation teams to define, execute and manage the Catalogue portfolio via a range of partners. Naturally, you will have financial accountability (revenue, growth and profitability), lifecycle management and offering development responsibility to ensure profitability targets are met and the realization of our DDTS strategy.

Country enablement and sales enablement are key to success. You will work with our marketing teams to define and deliver events, campaigns and collateral to meet challenges and proactively manage internal and external suppliers in a service partnership as ‘one service team.

Your experience

  • Proven ability to develop strategy, roadmap, business plans, business case and value propositions for new offerings (preferably service offerings) through partnerships. Be able to demonstrate that this ability has fulfilled known customer needs across multiple geographies. Defining service product requirements and identifying the key service criteria will be day-to-day deliverables 
  • Experience of setting up a new portfolio of offerings with the underpinning end-to-end service and operational processes working across multiple locales and interfacing into global delivery centres. You will play an instrumental role in establishing and managing a community of offering, delivery and sales leads across multiple countries, ensuring consistent offering delivery and best practice.
  • Accountability for financial performance reporting: revenue, margin and costs to improve the profitability of Platform Services across the footprint and deliver business outcomes. Establish and deliver monthly commercial reporting and consequent redress or growth plans at both central and country level. 
  • Experiencing of managing and delivery through others to achieve targets. Ability to build successful relationships with other key cross functional leads, partners and customers 
  • International communication skills to create trusted relationships with end customers, third party partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience of effective capacity forecasting and management within a complex eco-system; adaptable and can readily identify areas for optimization.
