The Quality and Performance Team are seeking 2 individuals to join the team, the posts will be initially for 12 months pending a wider review.

The team are responsible for the quality and performance and contract management of providers who deliver services to people in receipt of adult social care.

The successful person will have a portfolio of providers which they will carry out visits to settings such as care homes, supported living, home care and extra care to monitor providers performance. The team have a supportive approach and this role is key to building relationships with care managers.

The role will also include writing reports after each monitoring visit, highlighting and escalating any risks to the allocated contract manager.
