Role Responsibility:

Performance Officer

£25,000 – £30,000 per annum 

40 hours per week, (Monday- Friday 08:30-17:00 Flexible) 

Home Based with travel within the North West of England. A Company Car will be provided.

G4S Employment Support Services (ESS) are looking to recruit a dedicated team across the North West of England to deliver the new RESTART employability programme on behalf of DWP.

The RESTART contract will support individuals into long term employment across the North West through our network of Suppliers and Stakeholders. We are looking to recruit a team of individuals, in a variety of roles, to ensure the success of that delivery.

In this role you will support the Supplier Relationship Manager to enable Suppliers to achieve contractual performance KPIs. Through a combination of onsite support and data analysis, you will work with Suppliers to maximise outcomes claimed and ensure claims are made in a timely manner, driving overall performance improvement across all contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Suppliers to achieve KPIs through daily site visits and monitoring of agreed actions, where necessary directing supplier staff activity to ensure that all actions are followed up and completed to the agreed timeframes.
  • Identify any breakdown in process or areas that require process improvement relating to performance and work with suppliers to create and implement process changes. 
  • Identify any training needs and work with the HR & Learning and Development Manager and Supplier Relationship Manager to design and deliver a solution.
  • Share best practice across all Suppliers, via participation in best practice sessions.
  • Provide daily progress updates to the Supplier Relationship Manager.
  • Maintain a good understanding of KPI performance at contract level and how individual supplier performance contributes to this.
  • Feed into and participate in weekly and monthly performance reviews.

    Essential Criteria:

  • Proven experience in building and maintaining working relationships with internal and external partners. 
  • The ability to analyse and use data to support achievement of goals. 
  • Proven ability to identify trends and amend goals accordingly. 
  • IT Literate.
  • UK Driving Licence
