Sadler’s Wells is a world-leading creative organisation dedicated to dance in all its forms. Our mission is to make and share dance that inspires us all.

The last 14 months have put HR teams in the spotlight. So, now is the time for us to transform our People team. We don’t see our colleagues as “resources”. We work together to shape our identity, agility and access to our productions.

We’re looking for two People Partners to join us on this journey. That’s where you come in…

As the People Partner you will:

  • champion innovation, inclusion, collaboration and excellence.
  • use technology to your advantage to reach people in new ways.
  • navigate change, adopting the appropriate tools to support growth and achieve our objectives.
  • offer reliable advice and guidance.
  • lead with a confident, positive, solution focused manner.
  • engage with colleagues and promote knowledge sharing.
  • focus on your own wellbeing and encourage others to do the same.
  • You’ll have the chance to put your mark on these projects:

  • Breaking Barriers to Employment within the Arts
  • Learning, Development and Progression
  • People Team Marketing Comms.
  • Colleague Engagement
  • Innovating Systems
  • At Sadler’s Wells we acknowledge some communities are underrepresented across the sector. We value and respect diversity of thought and life experience. We enable and empower individuals who identify as underrepresented, and all the intersections between, to apply.

Closing date for completed applications is 11.59pm on Sunday 20 June 2021. Interviews will take place on Friday 25 June 2021.

As a user of the Disability Confident Scheme, we guarantee to interview all disabled candidates who meet the minimum essential criteria for the role as set out in the Job Pack.

Sadler’s Wells also works collaboratively with Parents in Performing Arts (PiPA) in efforts to support parents and carers within the industry.
