As part of our Restart programme we will support participants on their journey to finding sustainable employment, enabling them to progress towards a more secure future. The Restart programme will help people who have been unemployed for between 12 and 18 months get back into work, including those whose prospects for securing employment have been impacted by the Covid-19 pandemic.
As Partnership Coordinator you will proactively engage and develop effective relationships with key stakeholders and local services. You will be responsible for contributing to the development and implementation of the Stakeholder Engagement Strategy.
You will develop a thorough understanding of existing initiatives, services and projects in the area, sharing knowledge with the operations team and supply chain partners to ensure that the provision continues to offer added value. The Partnership Coordinator will display effective networking skills and build awareness of local strategic priorities to identify local or regional business development opportunities.
What you’ll need to do the role:
You will need a successful track record of working in a sales-oriented environment in either an account management or business development role, ideally within the employability and skills sector. You will hold the ability to build collaborative, professional internal and external relationships. To be successful in this role you will also need excellent influencing skills and demonstrate a passion for engaging with stakeholders to achieve goals. Level 4 qualification or equivalent desirable.
