NRS Healthcare is the UK’s leading provider of Community Equipment Services, we deliver complete end-to-end services through all stages of equipment provision and recycling.

We are looking for a dynamic operations professional, who is used to managing several key tasks and ensuring operational compliance. Attention to detail is a must, as you will lead the site ensuring all regulatory, operational, HSE and quality targets are met. You will become a key member of the site management team, who will also lead on projects to further improve our service through new and different opportunities. Your operational experience will help improve processes and further improve the standards in the service centre.

Our Operations Support Co-ordinator will be a pivotal part of the success of the service we provide.

What we look for

Previous supervisory experience in an operational role within a 3PL, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical or FMCG environment required
Demonstratable experience in auditing against ISO and or BRC standards
IOSH qualification desirable
Previous experience with managing training compliance
A history of delivering successful projects
Ability to work as part of a team, in addition to leading teams
