We have a fantastic development opportunity for a promising PA to join our Management PA Team as an Operations Management PA on a permanent basis. Based in the Operations team you will provide high level support for our Operations Leadership team and wider department.
This busy and varied role will include managing complex diaries and being responsible for room, travel and accommodation bookings. The post holder will attend meetings and take minutes, ensuring agendas are set and any action points are monitored. You will be highly organised in your approach to tasks and be required to demonstrate confidentiality and sensitivity at all times.
As an integral part of the Operations team, you will be involved in a wide range of projects and provide cross-cover with the Operations Executive when required. Adaptable and enthusiastic, you will be pro-active about seeking improvements to working practices, committed to delivering an efficient and effective service and act as an ambassador for positive change.
The successful applicant will be confident using Microsoft office to produce documents, have excellent communication skills and be able to liaise with people at all levels of the firm.
Professional and diplomatic, you will work well in a team, remain calm under pressure and provide a supportive, reliable response to changing priorities and deadlines.
Professional services experience would be advantageous but not essential.
