We are keen to recruit into the following position Occupational Therapist Assistant at Band 3 The is a new 10 bedded unit for people who following discharge from hospital would present with behavioural and psychological symptoms of dementia and require 24 hour care, you will work in partnership with Local authority and Leeds Community Healthcare.
