As a Sales Consultant, you will be based on a new exciting development, making an impact on our customer experience ensuring a smooth and consistent customer journey throughout the sales process. You will be responsible for the sale of our outright sale and shared ownership housing overseeing the entire process from qualifying customers, the reservation process through to completion.

Duties of a New Homes Sales Consultant:

  • Ensure that all homes are sold within the agreed marketing period and that targets are met.
  • Ensure high levels of presentation, brand promotion and customer service to create a positive experience throughout the customer journey.
  • Work with the Marketing team to generate new prospects and visitors to convert to reservations.
  • Progress reservations to exchange and legal completion.
  • Ensure customers are updated with the progress of their reservation and build of their new home on a weekly basis.
  • Carry out monthly market research on competitors and highlight market opportunities.
  • Effectively qualify customers, overcome customer objections, negotiate, conduct viewings, highlighting the positives of the design, specification and brand and effectively close sales in line with targets
  • The successful candidate must have new homes sales experience, and will be required to work 35 hours per week, Tuesday – Saturday 9am-5pm.
