The Role

We are looking for a Neurology Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our team. Our patients are looked after by dedicated nurses and nursing assistants who strive to ensure they are looked after as if they were our own. Our fully equipped dedicated referrals suite offers the highest standard or surgical and diagnostic facilities, including one of the only 3T MRI scanners used in veterinary practice in the UK. 

The successful candidate will work predominantly within our Neurology department at Wotton-Under-Edge to assist the Referral neurologist with MRIs and neuro consults. One day per week will be spent at the multidisciplinary Referral hospital in Bradley Stoke which consists of Soft Tissue surgery, Orthopaedics, Internal Medicine, Dentistry, Ophthalmology and Diagnostic Imaging.

Rowe Referrals is unique due to our niche set up. The referral department has its own dedicated diagnostic and surgical equipment and facilities. The small, highly qualified neurology team provide gold standard care for our patients.

The dedicated Referral nursing team are talented and flexible, and work across all the disciplines that Rowe offers.

Applicant Requirements

We are looking for an experienced, flexible Registered Veterinary Nurse who possesses the ability to be forward thinking, empathetic and demonstrate exemplary teamwork. Referral nursing experience is not necessary as full training will be provided but an interest in neurology is essential and experience of advanced anaesthesia would be of an advantage.
