We have an exciting opportunity to join our marketing team as a Marketing Specialist. Purpose of the role This role will directly support the UK&I Marketing team to accelerate the evolution of our integrated marketing approach. Specifically, the Marketing Specialist will own key internal review processes to enable the availability of meaningful, engaging, compliant customer content. The marketing specialist will also play a critical liaising role with all key surgical societies to ensure a seamless customer experience and clear delivery of specific, relevant event messaging and post event lead follow-up. The marketing specialist will be the engine of the marketing team that connects across the marketing team, with all relevant internal functions and importantly links key external customers and suppliers to ensure a fully joined up approach with clear communication throughout. Key responsibilities:

  • Work with the platform/speciality marketing managers to identify content gaps and own submission, progression and internal/external availability of approved assets
  • Facilitate all marketing content through internal processes to be used for external, interactions – congresses, health care professional engagements, sponsorships.
  • Support communication of key product information and updates to customers and field-based employees.
  • Develop close working relationships with key surgical societies to ensure optimal customer experience and identify future collaboration opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop both creative campaign media and release key assets
  • Support internal high-performance principles through ongoing meeting management and driving marketing team accountability
