Marketing Account Executive – Partner Websites (FTC)

The role holder will support the SJP Partnership in the planning and creation of their Partner websites. This will entail building websites across a variety of systems using a selection of available packages and liaising with Partners to discuss requirements and ensure that website delivery subsequently meets expectations.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Work with the tools and systems provided to undertake creation and maintenance of a variety of online content.
  • Undertake a range of admin and maintenance tasks relating to Partner websites and liaise directly with Partners and wider department to undertake these processes.
  • Provide basic technical support to help Partner with usage issues.
  • Identify and evaluate potential digital service enhancements and developments
  • Ensure security and hosting are compliant with business requirements.
  • Manage and upload content to the digital marketing estate, including all websites, video, email services, social media and client facing apps.
  • Who we’re looking for:

    – Understanding of, and genuine enthusiasm for web technologies, digital trends and innovation.

    – In excess of 24 months’ experience in digital marketing.

    – Strong knowledge of using and developing CMS platforms.

    – Relevant University qualification (BA / BSc) or equivalent.

    – Experience of project brief, delivery and sign off process.

    – Ability to negotiate and agree SLA’s against Marketing department priorities.

    – Proactive, flexible and innovative approach to problem solving.

    – Strong interpersonal, communication and presenting skills.

    – Highly motivated with an ability to forge relationships within St. James’s Place and understand the business.

    – Support Digital Marketing Specialist to develop and critique ideas and initiatives with other areas of Marketing.

    – Ongoing maintenance of St. James’s Place chosen CMS platforms.

    – Supporting St. James’s Place digital User Acceptable Testing programme

    – Awareness of how digital can be used alongside other marketing techniques to support the needs of the business

    and the Partnership.

    – Confidence to clearly communicate digital marketing techniques with an ability to defend viewpoints based on

    qualitative and quantitative evidence.

    – Requirement to work closely with SJP’s internal departments, the Partnership and a wider variety of external

    suppliers to manage and deliver new projects effectively.
