An exciting vacancy for the role of market intelligence manager has arisen in the University’s Business Engagement Unit.
The market intelligence manager’s role is to provide insight to the University’s corporate management team about potential and existing markets, both nationally and internationally. You will lead on conducting primary and secondary research for various B2C and B2B markets, and be keen to develop and refine the role of ‘market intelligence’ in the course approval process for the University.
Your role will see you to assisting internal stakeholders with research projects on various internal communities (e.g. current students, staff, etc.), advising senior members of the external engagement team on their plans, and ensuring that activities take into account the attributes of the target audience as identified in the annual research plans.
As part of your role you will also lead on the development of market research plans, produce reports and findings from this annual market research, and present to Corporate Management and other senior individuals and teams on your findings. You will also be confident collating data from information management systems and producing reports for the director of external engagement.
